TBH...We were tired of going to weddings and being bored by the bar options available.
We aim to bring the *IT* factor from your favorite, vibey bar to your special event.
A private bartending service can (and should!) be extraordinary and an experience of its own. While we love a simple spirit + soda, that shouldn't have to be the default. And let's not even talk about fake juices and chemical-laden syrups. Everything we serve is mindfully created in-house, from scratch. Every time. Not only do our cocktails taste delicious. but we've figured out how to shake & serve quickly so you and your guests are celebrating instead of standing in line.
We believe in vibrant and vivacious bartenders creating elevated, old-school cocktails and innovative new originals that are just as beautiful as they are delicious.
It is the ultimate combination of truly craft cocktails in a high-volume setting which is something we've never found... until now. Others are noticing, too.

Okay, we know you might be overwhelmed, that's okay. If you didn't just sing "thiiiisss is how we do ittttt," we'll need you to go back to the top and really sing it this time, at least in your head. We've found this helps to alleviate (some of) the stress.
Another way is to be and stay organized- That's why we've created a one-of-a-kind booking flow that takes our clients through each step of the inquiry to event process in an easy-to-refer-back-to way. No more slew of e-mails to sort through, or heaven forbid- going to SPAM!
This keeps us all on the same page so you can take the worrying (about the bar, at least) off of your to-do list.
Think of us as more than just a bartender who shows up on day-of. We are here to consult, guide, and help in any way we can related to bar needs. With over a decade of industry experience, combined with two years in business working with brides and their planners, we have learned what flow and communication frequency works best for our clients, ensuring an event that goes down .
First comes excitement, then comes ...PANIC?! Except not!
Because at this point you definitely, for sure:
1. got the planner of your dreams

3. picked a venue + likely a photographer

Browse our services, and when you're ready, send us over a contact form with all the deets! (No stress if you don't have everything nailed down yet, all of this is changeable, but we want to get the conversation going! We often book 12+ months in advance, so time is always of the essence.)
After we get your contact form with the details you know of now, we will send an initial quote through HoneyBook (your one-stop shop for all things bar at your wedding) within 48 hours of inquiry. If we aren't available, we will communicate that to you as well. Either way, you will hear back from us and won't get lost in the black hole of uncertainty.
We can refine as much as we need before signing anything.
WE ONLY book a limited number of events per year in order to ensure quality is superb. Booking early is strongly encouraged.
After we've sent a bid and maybe a few rounds of edits, next comes signing the contract and paying the non-refundable deposit (25% of anticipated total) invoice through HoneyBook process flow portal. The contract is standard legal procedure to protect both us and YOU.
Date is not reserved until both signed contract and 25% deposit is received. The remaining 75% plus or minus edits will be due 2 weeks before the event date.
Approximately 2+ Months before event date
Through, you guessed it, the HoneyBook portal you will receive our classic and seasonal menu. Not sure what you’re wanting? Meet with F&F owners for brainstorming and menu consultation- this can be in person or virtual. We have a menu full of options- classics always stay, seasonal menu items rotate. We will also discuss day-of details such as location layout, general timeline, cocktail hour specifics, glassware rental, stationary, etc. Amendments to the original invoice can be made at this time.
Want to set up a tasting? Let's do it. We usually offer tastings in an informal group format a few times a year in both Oklahoma and Arkansas.
While we are based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, we do travel to NWA frequently and schedule coinciding tastings with other NWA couples seasonally. Usually early spring for spring/summer and early fall for fall/winter.
Approximately 3 Weeks before event date
Based on the cocktail selections and when we have a final guest count, we will send you a shopping list with our recommendations for quantities and brands of liquor, beer, and wine. Want us to handle the shopping and delivery (you probably do, boxes of liquid are heavy!)?
We’d be happy to place the order for you at a partnering store, pick-up pre-purchased items, and deliver it to your event, then return unopened items at the end of the night. Client receives a refund for the returned amount and we charge a 15% coordination fee for the original total. We're thankful that our partner store gives our clients bulk discounts since we order from them so much. This makes it almost a net zero dollar impact to our clients.
It's a back-saving, one less thing to worry about option that we can always add on before the event date!
We offer service options that include everything except for the liquor itself. Nickel and diming is as annoying as it is confusing, that's why we don't do it. What you need is what you get, no weird added fees or work for you, ever.
You’re not having to go out and source your own mixers and garnishes, or being charged per plastic cup or pound of ice. We’ve taken all of the guess work out of it. We do have services that can be added to our robust base, but these are only for items we have found that not everyone wants or needs such as liquor pick-up and rentals.
